[Harry meets Dumbledore]

Not bad.

The bad: Animation style is a little too tween-heavy, the pacing is rather off, and you should've faded the Harry Potter theme out, because it didn't really match the scene very well after a certain point.

The good: There were some very funny moments, the dialog was sort of amusing in an odd, vulgar kind of way, the voice acting was well done, and the art was above average, and consistent.

Verdict: It's not perfect, you should work on your comic timing for the next one, but all in all it's worth watching. :)

This is pure eye/ear candy. It's completely meaningless, but beatiful and impressive beyond belief. Just sit back and watch, and marvel at how much effort was put in to it.

FANTASTIC visuals.

This is probably the best-looking Flash animation I've ever seen, especially at only 2 MB. The graphics were really mind-blowing.
There were also some interesting symbolism, and it's simple and straightforward, which I like. You didn't try to throw us off or saturate it with meaningless images, you just kept it focused on the short story you wanted to tell.
I'm not a big fan of NiN, but the song worked well and synced up with the story just fine.
My only critique would have to be that the color scheme could've been more interesting, but it's nothing really.
To sum up, hats off. I had no idea that sort of visual complexity was possible in Flash.

Suggestion.

I must salute you on your use of the word "Retarded". I live in New England and I don't hear this word enough at all. So my suggestion is to make it even better by changing it to "Retahded" because it sounds so much cooler, and add the word "Wicked" before it. Thanks.

The first one was a lot better.

My biggest gripe with this is the voice. There was no need to speed it up. It was funny at normal speed in the first one. High pitched voices are just too cliche and too obnoxious.
The pacing was just too fast, it threw off the balance that the first one nailed. It's just about impossible to keep up now.
Also, it could've done without the giant turd. My final verdict: You went a little too "South Park" with this one, and wrecked most of what made the original funny. Sequels always suck :\

The animation style is kind of interesting, but the whole animation was outright boring. If you could tell an interesting story in this style, without the repetitive music, it would be pretty cool.

This is an awesome video. This is what Flash is all about.
There isn't much more than Dave Thomas (R.I.P.) dancing, but luckily it's a short video so it doesn't get boring. Even if it was longer I'd never get tired of it (but some people probably would, so it's fine as it is.)
You should stick an "In Memory of Dave Thomas 1932 -- 2002" at the end though.
